Rawhide

Saturday, May 28th, our friends invited us to check out Rawhide, a true cowboy town located on the outskirts of Chandler. We grabbed some dinner at Chipotle before heading in. Here's some of the crazies: Lincoln, Caleb, Kenedee, & Iris.

It was pretty hot that day (total dry heat) accompanied by a hot breeze which felt like we were kicking it in some Wild West town back in the day.

Meet Li'l Sebastian: Pawnee's favorite miniature horse. Not really but I couldn't stop laughing to myself when the kids were petting this miniature horse (if you don't watch 'Parks & Rec' this means nothing to you).

The pigs in the petting zoo had quite the color patches on their bodies

No outing is complete without ice cream. Lincoln was grubbing on his chocolate cone...

Lauren and the kids rode on a stagecoach pulled by two HUGE horses. It was dark by this time so we didn't get the best picture but this might have been their favorite thing...
