We decided to have an early Christmas morning for the kids before we left for California. The kids had gotten some presents from their grandparents and I wasn't about to bring them out with us for them to open. So we wrapped and put them under the tree... yes, that little green tree is the only tree we own. Since we're never home for Christmas we've never put up a tree. Funny thing is, my mom gave me that tree my Freshman year of college to decorate my dorm room with. It looked pretty funny with all those big presents around it but Adam was set on having a tree out with the presents. We invited Kellie & Steve over so we could spend it with some family. Adam went all out with delicious omelets, orange rolls, and hot chocolate for breakfast. I think we will continue this new 'early Christmas' tradition, the kids had a blast.

very fun. i can't believe how old lincoln looks in the pics. it makes me sad that babies grow so fast.
What a fun time you've had these past few months! How great that you got to go home for the holidays. Your kids are getting so grown up and they are just darling. I love Lincoln's smile!

Wow Kandis, looks like you guys had a great vacation. Being with family is definitely the best! Your kids are so cute and are getting so big! Wish we could have seen eachother over the holidays. Maybe next year!
Wow! You have had quite the holiday. Trey has that same little basketball thing that Lincoln has. Trey loves it too. Glad that you are back home and congrats to Kate on making Nationals.
