Wednesday morning was spent at a nearby Splash Pad (where we've spent many of our days here over the last two months). Kenedee was being a party-pooper so here is Kelson (swimsuit falling off), Lincoln, & Katelyn enjoying the Splash Pad...
Thursday morning we ventured over to the Phoenix Zoo. It was quite different from Atlanta's zoo, obviously since it's a desert out here, so the change of scenery was fun with giant palm trees overhanging everywhere with lakes and islands with animals on them.

Ashley took us over to an area in the Zoo that had a lot of textured/painted walls that were sweet for pictures. She busted out her professional-type camera and snapped away. I don't have those pics yet so here are the kids kicking it... (Kelson & Katelyn in the bottom right pics)
The Petting Zoo. The kids area was pretty sweet, most of it under construction, but they enjoyed the one area that was still open, the Petting Zoo. This is what Kenedee did the entire time and what Lincoln did... (yes, he likes to get right down in their faces)
I was even able to get a pic of them together, Kenedee combing the hair while Lincoln looks it straight in the face, too funny.
We ended our morning at the Splash Pad area (in the Zoo, sweet huh). They didn't last long but enjoyed the running around.
