Christmas Party (second annual)

We hosted a small Christmas Dinner last year with some friends and I wasn't sure if we'd be able to squeeze it in again this year but we were able to and I'm so glad we did (December 8th, 2012). Everyone has to come all fancied up (minus kids) with a nice gift for the Yankee Swap.

I wanted to try something new this year so I attempted my very first Prime Rib...and if I say so myself, it was delicious! Everyone contributed to the dinner which made for one yummy feast.

After dinner we played a Christmas jeopardy-type game with five categories about Christmas... A Charlie Brown Christmas, Around the World, A Christmas Carol, The Grinch, & Christmas Music. Then came the Yankee Swap, always a good time :) followed by Dessert. A fabulous night indeed!
