SOLD!!!

We have had the craziest week (last seven days) with our life changing by the hour. The Arizona mess still has to be figured out but OUR HOUSE SOLD!!! Papers signed yesterday. It's a lease to own but the most solid you can get, if that makes sense.

I usually don't get all churchy on our blog but this was a definite blessing and answer to our prayers. I really think people are put in our lives for a reason, one of those people I believe to be that guy that came Friday (the one I blogged about). He was going to rent ($50 under our mortgage but we were stoked about that) and was going to buy at our asking price in the next year or so. He was coming back Sunday to sign paperwork. Well... Saturday (while we were at the Safari Park) we got a phone call from another realtor. This realtor had brought a client by the weekend we were in Hilton Head and then came back for a second showing (last week). Her client had narrowed it down to our house and another house but we never heard anything more until she called on Saturday. The realtor said that her client is in the process of trying to get approved for a loan and wants our house. Adam told her that we already had a pretty good deal on the table with this guy but if they can up the ante per say we would consider it (if we didn't have this guy come by Friday we were to point where we would probably take anything). So the realtor called her client with the numbers we threw at her, the client agreed. They sent over the contract on Sunday, we met with our realtor Monday (sent back over a counter-offer solidifying the purchase), and they agreed to our terms. It's a good day for our fam. We pack our truck on the 15th and she moves in on the 16th. CELEBRATION at our house!!!
