Monday, December 26th was a low-key day in Idaho. Pierce & Ryder were mighty cute twinner cousins so we had to take some pictures...
The kids were playing downstairs with Cooper's new motorized car set. Kenedee came running upstairs with her hair completely tangled in the car wheel. Best part was captured by Kellie's picture...
I was feeling better from the flu but the next victims were made known that evening...Steve, Adam, & Pierce. Awful, right. As careful as we were with our germs, the flu kept creeping on. By this point we all knew we were getting sick, just who would be the next victim was the real question. I was so scared with Pierce getting sick with the flu (8 months old) that I made myself sick again the following day. Luckily he only threw up for about 2-3 hours. So Tuesday (December 27th) was another recovery day while my parents treated the kids to a snow day in the backyard. There was no snow this holiday but they still had a few inches left in the backyard from a previous storm. These pictures capture the true joy a child can experience...Thanks mom and dad!!!!
Wednesday, the 28th, was a healthy day for the group. We took the kids to Arctic Circle to let them release some energy...
Myself & Pierce with my sister Kate, we love this girl :)
The girls...Kellie, Kandis, Kris, & Kate
Grandma Kris couldn't resist buying ice cream for the grandkids. Boy did she spoil these three...
We headed over to the church gym that afternoon to run around and try out some new Christmas toys...
Grandpa Craig with Cooper & Kenedee. Grandma Kris with Ryder, Pierce, & Lincoln
Later that evening, my dad and Kellie came down with the flu...the BEAST would not stop.
